One thing I neglected to mention about myself in my last post is that I absolutely love The Beatles. I've been exposed to their music ever since I was a kid as I always heard it being played at family events and even by dad at home, but I really began to listen to them a lot in grade 6. Since then my music taste has grown to encompass the entire genre of classic rock.
Music is a very important part of my life, and so, in listening to classic rock, namely The Beatles, I've always had a deep desire to live in the 60s so that I could really experience music, as well as the lifestyle associated with it, at that time. Things seemed to be so much more care-free and overall, happier, and just as important, people were not consumed with technology. And while it is ironic that I am blogging about this, I really think that I would be able to survive without all of the technology that I accustomed to now, and be able to adapt to a simpler lifestyle.
But Anyways, that was just a thought that came to me while I was watching a video of The Beatles on youtube, but, as you can probably guess, this feeling resurfaces often. I'm going to end off by leaving the link to the video I was watching (it won't led me embed the video) to show you what inspired me to write this. You could say it's one of my favourites, but then again, everything The Beatles did is one of my favourites.
